3 Reasons Why Bloggers Need Facebook Ads For Their Blogs
Are you a blogger who is frustrated with the lack of results and you’re not seeing profits? You’re doing a lot of this work and your are your not even seeing your blog posts ranking nor bring in any organic traffic? Many people having these same exact issues, but the answer is right in front of them. You need to utilize Facebook ads asap my friend. Here are 3 reasons why bloggers need Facebook ads for blogs…
- Get profits and results instantly
Getting results and profits instantly brings one of the best feelings to a business owner. Let’s take the silly example of fishing to explain what I’m talking about.
If I asked you about fishing, chances are that you’re going to tell me you went one time and you were so bored sitting there for 3 hours, and you didn’t even catch a fish.
On the other hand, I took my wife fishing to a place where I know that she’d catch a fish in a matter of minutes after putting her line in the water. She did exactly as I told her, and within a matter of seconds, she had the fight of her life with a huge fish on her line.
Her adrenaline was pumping and she was screaming for joy as she began to reel in that fish. You could see the excitement on her face.
Now, let me ask you a question…
..do you think that she enjoys fishing after that great experience in her first time fishing?
You bet!
She loved it! And she wants to go fishing with me again.
The same thing goes for getting results and profits quickly!
Once you test something and you see that it works, no one can tell you that it doesn’t. You’re hooked!
Facebook ads brings that type of excitement to me every day. I love seeing that I can drive traffic to my blog posts that convert very well.
Seeing that this traffic then turns into profits after they purchased something from an affiliate link in the post, or maybe they converted into a subscriber from one of my optin funnels, that is a huge added bonus for me.
And the way I run ads, I see all of these in a matter of hours to a few days.
I’m hooked!
- Traffic on demand
With Facebook ads, it is super easy to supercharge your traffic to get more eyeballs on any blog post that you create. You do not have to hustle in order to get viewers to read your posts because you’re letting Facebook do it for you.
I use Pinterest in order to get free organic traffic from their platform over to my blog. If you know anything about Pinterest, you will know you have to create an attractive graphic, do the correct seo for a pin, and you may have to be involved in the specified Pinterest group so that people can even see your blog post.
After all of this, you have to hop that your pin gains traction so that your pin can become vial.
WOW!
That is a lot of work!
Some people have perfected it. For those who have, it is a great source of organic traffic. The problem is that if you’re learning that system, it takes time!
Some of us do not have months to waste in order to get someone to look at our blog posts.
Facebook ads solves this issue of time and having to do all of this work “in hopes” that you get traffic.
Create your ad, use some ad spend, and instantly get traffic to your offer that day.
Sure, you may have to test things and make sure that the traffic is converting at a higher rate so that you’re paying less for more leads, but at least you will get all of this data very quickly so you do not have to wait around to make your next move.
- Grow Your List
This is probably one of the biggest problems that most people have when they attempt to drive traffic to their blog posts and lead magnets. They see the traffic, they get the results, but it only happens one time.
How do you repeat these results on autopilot?
You must build your list so that you have the ability to market to these individuals all the time.
So the next question is how do you build your email list?
Easy!
You have your optin funnels within your blog posts!
Even you want an even high rate of someone joining your email list, you create a specific landing page for your offers and drive traffic to that specific page in order to get them to join your email list.
I do this for people everyday. It works extremely well.
You do not have to do any guesswork, but it is a matter of numbers.
If I know that I can get 100 people to see my capture page (optin funnel), I know that I can get 40-50 people to actually optin and take me up on my offer.
Out of those 40-50 people, I know that I can get 1 person to purchase a product from me. If my offer is $27, I then can do the math to see how much it costs me to build my list, get a paying customer and to do it all over again until I reach my goals.
Imagine the power in this!
The destiny of your website/blog is now in your hands.
Your NEXT STEPS
Let’s get real for a second here. You can drive as much traffic as possible to your blog posts, to a certain page, to any type of offer, but if you did not optimize that page with good content, CATCHY HEADLINES, or compelling pictures, you may be driving tons of good traffic and getting no conversions for your offers. You need to make sure that the page that you’re driving traffic to is fully capable converting that traffic.
You may not know if your page is optimized or not. That is ok. The traffic you drive will tell you within the data and results that you receive after running your Facebook ads campaigns. After you get the data, you make the necessary changes.
This can get a little costly, but if you do it correctly, you will appreciate the process and you will love the fact that you even went down this road.
So first, make sure your pages that you’re running traffic to are completed and optimized pages. Whatever goal you’re trying to accomplish for your viewers and readers, make sure your content accomplishes that goal.
Then you create your Facebook ad and drive traffic to it using the appropriate traffic objective.
If you want more action and exposure to your blog posts and perhaps apply for Mediavine, you will want to use the “Traffic” objective.
If you’re trying to convert your traffic into subscribers and get them on your email list, you will want to utilize the “Conversions” objective.
Maybe you need to build an audience because yo do not know who you need to advertise to. In this case, create a short 3-5min video with you teaching something, run the “Video Views” objective, and get tons of views and engagements for pennies on the dollar. Build your audience, and now you can advertise to them any time you want to.
